Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and may take 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages Digicart is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
